Every Arminian Christian must answer this question – If God is not willing that any perish, why does God create those who will perish even though he knows they will reject his offer of salvation and spend eternity in hell?

Dr. Norman Geisler, apologist and Provost of Veritas Evangelical Seminary, is posed the question of why God creates men who he knows will go to hell on Geisler’s “The Voice of Truth” podcast. The caller first corrects Dr. Geisler’s repeated miscitation of Matthew 23:37 (...how often I would have gathered you but you were not willing), and then asks the question of why God still creates men he foreknows will go to hell if he is not willing that any should perish. Reformed theology has a biblical answer for this question. It is apparent that Dr. Geisler and his Arminian theology does not have a biblical answer.

Norman Geisler – “It’s better for God to have loved and lost than not to have loved at all.”

One of my favorite radio shows and a staple in my iTunes podcast list has suddenly come to an end. The Albert Mohler Program aired for the last time on Friday July 2nd. The voice of the program and president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Dr. Albert Mohler, says that the program ended “not because we had run out of issues that demand attention, but because life is finite and ever changing.” The broadcast was syndicated since 2004 and was a unique voice of “intelligent Christian conversation.”

I am grateful for the many broadcasts I was privileged to listen to and especially the “Ask Anything Wednesdays” which always proved edifying. Thankfully the past programs are still available for download and Dr. Mohler will continue to blog about the issues that matter.

Dr. Mohler recently blogged about lessons learned while being on the airwaves. The list of 10 lessons is relevant in the life of every Christian and can be found here.
