Dr. Albert Mohler has written a great article on the issue of Christian organizations in an age of “tolerance.” The blog post, Can Christian Organizations Remain Christian in a “Tolerant” Age?, addresses the relationship of modern day secular tolerance and the rights of Christian organizations. Dr. Mohler writes specifically about the case of the University of California Hastings and its student led Christian Legal Society which bars homosexuals and atheists from membership. Ultimately, the rights of Christian organizations being honored in American society will remain or fall with a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court. If the court rules in favor of homosexual rights being honored over the rights of Christian organizations, there inevitably will be a decrease in Christian organizations in America and a religious polarization unseen in American history
